This is so late, I've had this prompt for like a month. Well that month blew by! Between my car issues, general life stuff and the Con, time slipped away. Yea, excuses excuses...

Anywhozzle, she wanted the mochis playing a prank on England! I don't do pranks so it took awhile to think of something. Finally came up with that America and Canada put hot sauce in England's tea. And America is the deliverer in this but Canada is just as much responsible. In fact, it was his idea in the first place. I like the end bit the best, Mochi!America is dying of laughter and Canada is slinking off enjoying the benefits of being unnoticed.
